The core goal is to create the ultimate access to the Telekom working world. Deutsche Telekom is intended to inspire and make an experience as an employer brand. They are looking for a web-based application for the Facebook fan page and for the career page.

The employer brand represents a corporate culture. The "Guiding Principles" reflect what people at Deutsche Telekom believe in and how they behave there. An application is being developed in which job applicants are given the opportunity to check to what extent they fit in with Deutsche Telekom and whether they can identify with the guidelines. Does the user share the same vision as Deutsche Telekom? Individual entry and career opportunities are shown. Professional competence can be measured on the basis of school and examination grades. But here the focus is on personalities with profile. The application finds potential, interesting employees for Deutsche Telekom. On the one hand, the app offers a discussion of the Group guidelines and on the other hand it proves to be a compatibility check in an entertaining way.
